If I had to add Eniac lore (JUST A NONCANON HEADCANON TO MAKE SENSE OF THIS)… He's an Evil Big Tops version of Caine he created spur of the moment like everyone else, but in doing so he accidentally created a malware version of himself so he was put into quarantine and subsequently forgot about. Then it escaped a few months later.
Don't ask why he would create an Evil Big Tops version of himself. This is just what happens when you let your other half ideate NPCs for you cause you really could care less about the suggestions box adventures.
