#just absolute hell

I'm not sure exactly when I started panicking. Around midnight, I think. I thought I'd calmed myself down, and next thing I know I'm shaking and sobbing and breathing hurts my chest and my stomach and all I can do is gasp for air. After an hour or so I thought I'd calmed myself down again. 

Wrong. Not even thirty minutes later there it was again. At this point I don't know if it's been one continuous panic attack or if I've had three small ones,  but I am absolutely exhausted. I've showered, I've watched cat and bunny videos and listened to music and none of it's working.
