It was a part of my comic study thingy. I was redrawing a bunch of panels from my favorite webtoons or mangas first, then I did that. I'm trying to grasp the medium and make my own comic, haha
Been rewatching Raven of the Inner Palace and rereading the light novels. I adore the bond between Jusetsu and Koushun, and I do believe it has romantic undertones. AFAIK there aren’t enough fanarts or fanfics of them, so I finally decided to generate a couple of images using ChatGPT. Maybe someday I’ll actually draw them by hand.
In one - looooooooong - chapter the guy: found out Jusetsu could be bribed with candy, found out she was descendant from the former imperial family, told about his past traumas, asked her to be his consort and slept in her bed. The man doesn't wanna waste any time.
