Everything Changed. // Jun.K and Bora
It was a bright morning today.
The mermaid kept on looking at the mirror, feeling a bit uncomfortable with her formal suit. A light blue blouse, and a dark grayish black formal skirt as the bottom, and--the ones she hates the most, a pair of high heels.
"You look fine dear."
A pout soon formed the childish mermaid as she heard her umma commenting. "But it's so uncomfortable, I don't think I will stand it for a day at work...--ah!" She paused, putting her both palms on her cheeks, "And this is my first day at work! What.. what if he doesn't like my performance? What if I make a mistake?? Noooo!" A bit overreacting, her eyelids anxiously tensed, biting her lower lip.
Her umma just chuckled lightly, "Come here, dear."
Lifting her eyebrows, the confused woman walked closer to her umma who quickly reached for the mermaid's hands, and held them tight. "Just do your best. God will do the rest." She said, before closing her eyes to say her prayers to God, for Bora's first day.
A smile formed the mermaid's lips soon as the two finished praying. She hugged her umma tight afterwards, "Keep praying for me, umma..." She cheerily said, before pulling back and glanced at the wide-opened window. Her new boss could be there any minute to pick her up.
aaah, it's my babbu's birthday today!
gonna post my art for her after school because I need to finish some things. I rather like how it turned out already.
