While I understand the complaints about the animation quality in the last three episodes of Uzumaki, I don't think that's what held the series back. This isn't a series that relies on great animation. The plot itself was a letdown.

There's been a lot of talk about how the final three episodes of Uzumaki: Spiral into Horror are much worse than the first. It's true. But the first episode didn't need to be as well-animated as it was. All four could have been decent.

Uzumaki: Spiral into Horror is a 4-episode psychological horror series about a small Japanese town cursed by spirals. Have you watched or read Uzumaki already?
