HIS ICED TEA IS ALREADY HALFWAY GONE by the time he makes it to the zeus house. he enters without knocking, knowing at this point most if not all of the children of the lightning god don’t mind him being there. “ jb ?? ” levi calls out as he steps inside the main entryway, slipping off his shoes in an ironic form of politeness, “ got you your usual, figured we could hang out today. ” he shakes the iced peppermint latte around, as if to prove it. maybe giving her a heads up would’ve been a good call, but he’s never been the formal type, opting to make his way into the kitchen, hopping onto the counter unceremoniously. 

“ HAS ANYONE EVER TOLD YOU how like, soft your hair looks ?? ” it’s the first thing she’s said in over ten minutes since she’s been here, the words falling from her lips the same way the thought had; sudden. “ like, what conditioner do you use ?? do you even use conditioner ?? i mean, like, who am i kidding, of course you use conditioner !! ” momo reaches up without another beat of rationale, before hesitating, “ oh, wait, is it okay if i— ?? ”

“ LOOK, WHATEVER YOU’VE JUST BEEN saying to me ?? for the past.. however long you’ve been talking.. ” levi gives a sheepish look, as if worried that june would once again try to lash out at him, “ has completely slipped my mind. —d’you wanna know why, junie bee ?? ” his finger points at something over her shoulder, not bothering to wait for a response. “ i think this poor bloke’s falling asleep and is going to hit their head on the table. just.. any second now. they keep nodding off and it’s just.. my god, go to bed, man. ”
