There is still a LOT about this holiday i do not know! If anyone has the time/ can give me a direction to go in, i could use some help w getting to educate myself on the history in a deeper level!

But we're not here to talk about that now are we? I want to give a short introduction to some of my fave black creators/ or just people ( and characters:3) who i adore, so maybe someone can learn about them and get into their stuff you know?

1: Doctor Opal Lee: I came across her during my introduction to juneteenth! She is an activist for freedom of all people, and helped bring juneteenth to its national holiday status! Also known as the grandmother of Juneteenth

2: Anania Williams: They are the host of a great, bingeable, and comedic street interview style show on yt called gaydar!They are an AMAZING drag artist and have a great sence of humour! Also in their website they stated and i quote: " I wear a lot of hats"

3: Machaizelly Kaley: Also known as macdoesit on yt. You know and love him! He is also a comedian, and gay👉👈 ( just imagine my lesbian smiling at this) Also a loved collaborator on smosh!

4: Keith Leak Jr: Comedian on smosh! Started a podcast with his best friend about a year ago. Survivor of cancer, sadly still battling. Part of the og smosh cast! Really was there for a lot of the funniest moments in smosh history!

5: Roses Gabor: Musical artist with a great voice! Overlooked singer of DARE by gorillaz ( Because Shaun was drunk <3) Not kidding if you didn't already see the live performance do so! It is funny as hell, she was just trying to get trough the show at this point.

6: Mohammed Agbadi: Professional artist, youtuber. Makes content mostly relating to art, art trends and art on tik tok/ major platforms.

7: Cole hairless cat on yt: Bro idk his full name please forgive me :C. He is an EXTREMELY creative and talented artist with a great and interesting friend group and a really cool and unique style! HE DOES COMMISIONS!! SPREAD THE WORD CUZ HES GREAT!!

8: Demi Adejuyigbe: Also a comedian ( yes i have an interest and hobbies 👉👈) on dropout tv! He's in the new ep!!!!!!! He has a really cool dinamic with the other players/ actors and i just love to see him!
