Hoisting Edmund under her arm, she went to the door. The emberstone turtle couldn't be trusted around such flammable objects. When she opened the stone door, she was surprised to see Juneau on the other side. She had offered the other to come visit her, but she didn't expect the other to actually take her up on it. "I didn't expect you to take me up on that visit."
