#JulyWeeklyWorkouts : WORKOUT 2️⃣: Beat the tourists this morning and got to Merlion Park at 7am so my clients better damn well do this workout and post your vdo. I'm getting up early on vacation for you guys. I expect the same amount of effort that I'm giving in return. 😂😀💪🏾👊🏾 EXERCISES: 1️⃣Single Leg Bench Lunge 2️⃣Step Ups 3️⃣Shoulder Loads (Saws forward and back) 4️⃣Crab Kicks (hips 1" off ground. Shoulders down and back and chest open) PROTOCOL: Start with 15 reps of each, on each side for single side exercises. Keep going continuously through the circuit.
