CYRUS- “Just tell me that you will never disappear from our lives, Jules.  Please, promise me.”

Cyrus and Julian found a great apartment in the Spice District in San Myshuno and are ready to be free and start adulting. The place looks amazing...

CYRUS- “I am going to miss you...I promise to be home first thing in the morning...

They go outside on the balcony...

JULIAN- “So do you know what Esther wanted you to come back to Brindleton Bay for?”

CYRUS- “I have no clue. She said that she and Esther both wanted to talk to me. I think they are wanting to move here with us, which I would be fine with, I mean the place is big enough for the four of us.  But I am not sure her mother would want her to finish out her last year of school here in San Myshuno.”

JULIAN- “True, but they know they are welcome.  Let her know that.”

CYRUS- “I will, now give me another kiss before I go.”

JULIAN- “Be careful driving, and call me when you are getting ready to leave to come home in the morning.”

JULIAN- “Cyrus, listen.  I think you are a really great guy, and I am attracted to you...and to Lucas to be honest, but that is not what this is about. Like I said I don’t want a boyfriend. I like you. You need a friend and I need a friend, and if something happens between us, then it happens.  You are not going to hurt me, if I allow us to become intimate.  It’s my choice too. But again, that is not what this is about.  I honestly just want to be your friend and work-out.”

CYRUS- “Morgan and I had a mutual understanding.  We both were bisexual, and we both knew our...well our situation was only as friends with benefits. I don’t think I am emotionally ready for something like that, plus I met this amazing girl and I think it may go somewhere with her.”

JULIAN- “You are not hearing me, Cyrus. Yes, I am gay.  Yes I think you are hot.  Yes I would love to just make out with you right now, but----  That is NOT what any of this is about.  Have your girlfriends.  Have whatever you want. I am fine with all of that.  I just need a friend.  If we never have anything other than that, it’s not an issue for me.”

CYRUS- “Damn, you are making this so difficult.  The more you talk, the more attracted I am to you.  You are a great guy Julian.  Okay, lets set boundaries. We meet three times a week, hang out and work out, and go from there.  If I can not contain myself and come on to you, YOU make the choice if we move in that direction. If you say no, I respect it.  If you say yes, then we agree it’s just an added benefit to our friendship, nothing more.”

JULES- “Fine, so it’s all about you.”

CYRUS- “Huh? No. What do you mean?”
