This Easy Slow Cooker Cider Ham is simple to make and tastes great. Apple cider, brown sugar, and fragrant spices are mixed together to make a sweet and savory glaze that coats a perfectly cooked and juicy ham.
Ingredients: 1 bone-in ham 7-8 pounds. 2 cups apple cider. 1 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon ground cloves. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Instructions: Put the bone-in ham in the slow cooker so that the flat side is facing down. To make the glaze, put apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon in a bowl and mix them together. Cover the ham evenly with the glaze as you pour it over it. The ham should be fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 140F 60C after 6 to 8 hours of cooking on low. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low. To make the ham taste better, baste it with the cooking juices every one to two hours. After cooking, let the ham cool down for a few minutes before cutting it. Serve this Easy Slow Cooker Cider Ham as the main course of your meal. It will be very tender and full of flavor.
