I'm working through some Dai Bendu translations, and I got to the Padawan vows. So, one of the words is "mipadananal", which appears to mean "education". The interesting thing here, is that before that, there's "mimayaah", which means "entrust". From the context, these could mean "(my) education/(I) entrust", since they both start with "mi -". Is the "mi -" added on to the rest of the word in order to confirm that its a me/I statement, or is that just a coincidence?
Lucky you, I just went over that story again because I noticed a spelling mistake and had to update to account for clearer orthography.
So, first of, the updated vows are:
“Padenji foh keelak chareu leo'ah foh. Leo'ah foh keelak Padawanir.” - I will teach you everything I know. I know you as (my) Padawan.
"Mimaya'ah foh keelak mipadenanal kat fehl. Leo'ah foh keelak Jaieh'ir." - I entrust you with my education. I know you as (my) Master.
Now for the words, yes, the mi- is not a coincidence!
