In 1976 after relentless bullying at the hand of the marauders and even his Slytherin housemates Severus runs away to muggle London taking his mum with him. In muggle London they struggle with homelessness for some time until Sev' meet a group of musicians and joins their band. The war passes and the band spirals into world fame with their single 'Potions Of A Secret Land' which Severus had written as an alagory for the discrimination he experienced for having both muggle and wizard parents. There were also songs about the bullying he experienced and his fathers abuse. When James finds out about this through Sirius he becomes deeply interested, even purchasing three records which he left sealed and would often hold study.

This wasn't the Severus he knew. The Severus he had known had hated muggles, had loved to be alone away from any attention or maybe he just never knew him. The truth was plain and simple, Severus was the product of his environment. He hated everyone who hated him and boy had James hated him.

The a tour was announced that Spring and James begged his parents for far too many galleons. He went to the concert alone. The whole thing was very spontaneous and terribly planned.
