The project file for the Last Lash in Quiplash 2 (P3, InterLASHional) contains an unused category titled “Flip Lash.” According to unused text in the localization file, the round would have involved writing a prompt for a quip, possibly a Safety Quip. To my knowledge, it is not referenced anywhere else in the code.

Here’s a mockup of what a Flip Lash prompt might have looked like, using found graphics pertaining to the round, the aforementioned unused text (except the prompt, which I wrote to fit in with the intended format) and a Safety Quip:
