Ummm any of the weird stuff with 7 of 9. Particularly with EMH or Chakotay. 

or just, ENT season 3? I wasn’t a big fan of that plot.

OK STORY TIME

So once upon a time I was a child and ds9 was on the air. I was up past my bedtime and watching with my parents (which honestly, my comprehension of star trek at this time of my life was bad to say the least. I thought quark and neelix existed in the same show and nothing ever made sense) but ANYWAY. We get to this point, which at my age when this aired it probably shouldn’t have freaked me out like at all but it did, where Odo is made into a solid

and that whole scene TERRIFIED me

Like, beyond comprehension. the goo-people ocean, odo flailing about- everything about that was BAD to little me and because of it I literally refused to watch or like star trek ever again until I accidentally got sucked into it in college.

OH COME ON. Pride is OBVIOUSLY the professor, because what TA wouldn’t want to hit that??

THe idea of either of them as a princess slays me. I know it was “prince(ss)” made me laugh. I think this one could go either way, tbh. But I just kind of enjoy the image of Isler as the Knight, and Pride as the Prince(ss). We have seen him in a dress, after all. XD

Pride is a teacher, Isler is the single parent, because once again, who wouldn’t hit that if Pride was a teacher?

“You’ve got a cute laugh!” + Pride

               The barwas loud, but not bad loud. Good loud. The band was moving the crowd to themusic, and Pride couldn’t stay at the bar, not that anyone expected him too.Especially after the rough case they had all just finished.

               He boundedonto the stage, waving as he slid onto the bench at his piano, fingers findingtheir place and picking up the song like he had been part of it from the start.You laughed a little bit, tending the bar but watching him play. There wassomething about it that just lit you up, made you happy, when you got to seehim as happy as he got on that stage.

               After afew songs, and a lot of laughs that drifted into the music, Pride moved back tothe bar to get a drink, grinning across at you.

“Need a drink?” you asked, already sliding one towards him,and he laughed – again – nodding as he took it.

“Thanks, darling!” he called over the sounds from the stage,prompting a blush to warm your face as you ducked your head, and snickered. “What?”Lifting your head to see him, you leaned onto the bar, motioning him close soyou didn’t have to shout so loud.

“You’ve got a cute laugh!” you told him, as he leaned in,and he grinned, turning to see you.

“So do you, Y/N,” he promised, kissing your cheek quicklybefore pulling back and taking a swig of his drink. “Dinner later?”

“Only if you’re buyin’!” you answered, grinning as helaughed again, and winked.

Ooh. This is a good question.

I can’t promise you it’s a great answer, though, lol. 

Honestly...I’m not sure. I started writing...fuck...at least 20 years ago. (Jesus fucking christ, what, how, when did this happen). Sometime around the release of Scream (which was actually...22 years ago, I think, oh what the fuck?), and me getting into NSYNC and Backstreet Boys and all that, I just started...writing. My mom, at the time, was writing her own novel (which was never finished, never published, never anything), and I read a lot of stories, and I just wanted more, and I took in a lot of those wild things. 

I was also one of those kids with a not-entirely-happy childhood, despite how happy I’m sure I seemed, and I always wanted to be able to control something, one thing in my life, and I think that was the thing I knew I could control. I was the youngest kid, my mom & dad were divorced but we lived with my mom & stepdad & grandma, one of my sisters and one of my brothers moved in and out of our house constantly, my grandparents (my stepdads folks) were like fucking Jekyl & Hyde most of the time (not violent, just...two very different people in each body), my grandma died when I was 11, and you know, a lot of my life from that time is a blur, if not just missing entirely from my mind, but I have a lot of memory-flashes, the little things that happened that I’m sure contributed to why I am the person I am, and I don’t necessarily mean that in a good way.

And this went way off course to the answer to this question, I am so sorry.
