This network is for people who ACTUALLY want to make friends! School is starting soon for many (and has already started for others) but this network will serve as a place where you can talk to others, rant about things, get advice about life (and html stuff if you need too!) but yeah, just a place where there is no judging and lots of niceness and positive things! (keep in mind that it's OPTIONAL to be in the private chat though.. you don't have to be if you don't want!)
