Stephen Thompson Vs. Johny Hendricks
HELL YEAH HELL FUCKIN YEAH
Paulo Costa stops Johny Hendricks in the 2nd!
Costa is like a boulder coming down hill when he gets going. Puts a beating on Hendricks as he picks up the biggest win of his UFC career. Don’t like that his defense is basically high guard and back straight up but his offense and aggression are amazing.
Hendricks is now 2-5 since losing the title.

Georges St-Pierre Officially Re-Signs with the UFC
Georges St-Pierre is considered the greatest 170lbs fighter, and after many months and years of uncertainty of his return, he has just officially re-signed with the UFC, and is being targeted to compete later this year.
Per Dana White, GSP could be competing anywhere from 155lbs to the 185lbs division.
St-Pierre last competed within the UFC in Nov. 2013, where he defended his title against Johny Hendricks. Following his very close win, St-Pierre insisted he take a break from competing to live a “normal life”, unsure if he would return.
The the most recent months, GSP stated he was ready for his return, and after negotiations for a new contract fell through, we were left once again unsure of when the Canadian native would return to combat, especially with President of the UFC, Dana White displaying such doubt.
From the start, White said something along the lines of: “You don’t take a 3 year break and just return”, but here we are.
Many fights have been requested by the fans and fighters upon the return of ‘Rush’, however, his return opponent has yet to be announced.
This UFC Fight Night in Halifax is just an opportunity for me to make fun of Travis Browne and Johny Hendricks in a blog post. Pardon me as I indulge.
Johny gonna die.
