Growing up, I wish more people talked to me about real estate investing in school. π« Had I started sooner, then things would be a lot different π . That's why when I was invited by my friend Peter Ryu to speak to the Pacific Islander Community Association about why more of our community members should own real estate, I jumped on the opportunity to do so, despite the short notice π£π¨ . After getting so much positive feedback from what they just learned from us, I realized, that a lot of what we know in the industry, shouldn't be kept secret or considered hidden knowledge βππ§ . When done right, real estate could be a game of compounding returns, much like E = mcΒ².
