I had to relearn the basics. A few years ago, I lost the use of the right side of my body. I had to retrain my brain and hands to type again. I relearned guitar: one note at a time. Simple things became daily mountains. And climbing them taught me patience, grit, and empathy. Around the same time, I was getting ghosted. Not once or twice: 1,000+ job applications with silence. If you’ve felt that pit in your stomach after pouring hours into résumés, portfolios, and interviews… I’ve been there too. That’s why I’m building JobGhost: a platform designed to bring accountability back to hiring. We’re starting with a free Ghosting Score that helps job seekers see how responsive companies really are, and we’re building features that make the process more transparent and humane for everyone. I’m sharing this with a photo of me because this journey is personal. If you’ve been ghosted, or you’re a company that wants to do better, I’d love your support: • Follow along and share your story in the comments • Join the waitlist: https://www.jobghost.ai/ • Connect if you want to help us test, advise, or spread the word No one should feel invisible in their job search. 👻 Let’s fix this together.
