It's Monday. Had a busy Saturday lots of walking but was able to rest up Sunday and go to bed at a decent time. When I am able to go to bed at 10 it really makes it much easier to wake up the next day. Workout was hard but doable and I pushed myself. I just need to keep grinding!
Today I rejoined my team at Beachbody! 😆🥳💪 It’s been a long and windy road, but I’m glad to be back on course with my goals. Aujourd'hui est mon jour de repos de la semaine, mais comme j'étais en forme , j'ai voulu essayer le nouveau programme qui sort bientôt!! JOB1 nous fait le combo de muscu et du HIIT! j'ai pris les mêmes poids que pour mon programme quotidien ( jusque là TVB) mais le cardio... euhhh c'est pas mon fort! Last week the business complex sent a message out telling business staff where to park, the penalty for not parking in the designated spots is to be tagged and towed. Today I parked in my designated spot.
Apparently the penalty for that is that I never get to leave.
