So today I have a job interview at Target. I went to bed at a decent time and laid out my clothes ahead of time, but wasn't feeling the confidence. I was feeling pretty meh about all of this, not really anxious, excited, worried, or any of those feelings that should come with a first-time job interview. But early this morning while I was sleeping soundly my boyfriend decided to send me some of his late-night feels via text. We live in separate states and probably won't see much of each other this summer because of it. But in this long text, he told me everything about me that he misses and about how I've made a mark on his life that he won't ever forget. But to finish it all off he wrote this: "sweet dreams, you beautiful princess". Somehow all of this love has given me a surge of confidence in myself unlike any other I've ever felt. Feeling appreciated and special is the best way to wake up in the morning. Thank you John. I know you'll see this eventually when you wake up. I just want you to know how special you are to me. You're the first guy to ever let me know how much he appreciates me. You make me feel special every time I give you a random massage. Hell, I feel special simply being cuddled in your arms. I miss you more than I can probably say in a simple text post and I can't wait until I get a chance to go up to WI... hopefully you'll be back from Universal by then. But before I get up to prepare myself for this job interview I have one thing more to say: Sleep tight, my sweet prince.
