A study from Walter Everett’s painting.

My first study ever? This is such a weird exercise but very interesting. Getting to understand color choices, shapes, etc. I'm might not even doing it right haha but I'M TRYING!

Things I discovered: I'm afraid to use strong saturated colors, even when I color picked them from the original I was "nahh it must be lighter!" I'm dumb. I'M SLOW AF but we knew that.

Also, I went online looking for the original piece name and find out is way larger haha. I basically just painted a corner of it. #fail

artober 31th: LAST!!!

Finally finished this goddamn challenge. I’m very tired and I didn’t even do it every day lol. It was great actually. I learn to focus on the big picture and not getting caught up in little details. I also had to be humble because there was more than one occasion that I HATED the drawing I did and had to swallow my pride and post it anyway. Well, no more daily drawings! At least not to post them. I’ll go back to post every 6 months haha just kidding I’ll try to be more consistent but I also need to take time to study and learn more.
