Β Β Β if thereβs anything that sheβd ever thank jo for, it was the simple fact being caught making out with her immediately made her realize that girls were twice as nice as boys -- and it was something that she was super into. the girl helped jess discover that everything she was taught from she was younger had just been clouding her judgement and that it was okay to look at girls the way she wasΒ βonlyβ supposed to look at boys. it might have seemed like something small to others, but it was a big deal for jessica, and the reason why jo would always be in her good books, even despite the fact that the two lost contact after being caught by her mother. the girl had always seen her around campus, but had never really bothered to even say anything to her -- there was no point really. things were a lot different to how they were a few years ago, and on top of that? jess was a completely different person. naturally, she thought jo might have been the same. her gaze had been locked on her phone as she walked around campus, one hand connected to the device, the other clinging onto books as she moved around and walked headfirst into someone, only one book falling from her grip.Β βhey, are you okay? iβm sorry.β jess rubbed at her head, saying a quick few apologies to the guy she had walked straight into before glancing around for the book she had dropped. of course it happened to beΒ the bible, and of course it landed on the first girl who turned her into what her parents would call:Β βa sinnerβ.Β βof course it would land in front of you.β she mumbled, her head still rubbing at her forehead before reaching out for the book.Β βuh.. howβre you?β
