I kinda share this sentiment you describe, a feeling of running out of time to do the things that matters even if - rationally - I know it’s silly to think that. It kinda meld with the "Impostor Syndrome” so, yeah, it does sound unique to us millennials.

Both those classes fits me I think. For being a Druid, I guess it’s because of my fondness for nature and ecology concerns, isn’t it? I’ve never considered Tiefling actually but I think I can make the shoe fit (at least for 3.5 ed. Tieflings).

1. I long struggled with the “th” in English. While I don’t think I quite got it I can at least avoid replacing it with “z” or “s” like most Frenchies. Now the sound I can’t make, tho I wish I could, is the Arabic hard H, like in “Harram”. I always confuse it with “kh” even if I can hear it’s not the same thing.

3. I often use Trebuchet MS, which I find easy to read and elegant enough for my lessons. I used to use the old Dauphin script all the time as a kid and I’m still fond of it.

10. Amica, linguam latinam in ludo discebam ! I learnt Latin in school, my friend. And forgot most of it… Didn’t take Greek tho I would have liked it. Let’s say I thoroughly agree with it. First as an historian, second because the way it’s taught helped me to better understand my own language (tho it’s French, it probably won’t work with Tagalog). So let’s learn Latin, old Greek, Sanskrit… and let’s support indigenous people who want to reclaim their heritage trampled upon by imperialism !

13. Tricky question, as I’ve yet to be in an environment where I have to speak English in a daily basis. I’m often found of mixing casual language with pedantic references and erudite words, I’m not sure if I’m able to do that in English yet.

14. “since French is usually associated with romance“ LOL INDEED! Whenever I hear that I want to sing all the bawdy French songs I know in the most sultry voice possible ;) Let’s say that Italian rings nice to my hears, so does Arabic in a way (”Habibiiii~” ^-^)

If you go to Japan I hope you don’t mind if I come along. XD! I’ve been wanting to go back so badly and hopefully I’d be able to stay longer. Last time, my visa could only allow me to stay for 15 days (they used to be strict with Philippine passports). If you’re more into culture and history, Kyoto is the city to go. Tbh I enjoyed it more than Tokyo. *o*

Ah ah, not at all! Travelling with other people is always more fun :)

But it certainly won’t be in the near future, I’ll have to save enough to cover the costs first since I’ll have half the globe to flight over. Of course, If I’m going I’d definitely visit Kyoto. As a History teacher, It’d be a crime to not doing so!
