Menma is very close to his small family, he grew up in a very warm and stable home. His mother of course was a bit strict on him at times and often showed it throw a very hard punch to the head to keep him in line. But she can be very sweet and will pamper him when she wants, she's the only one who can get him to do a lot of things(Eat something other then Ramen, get him up at a reasonable hour in the morning, clean his room, etc) otherwise it rarely gets done.

His father is a very caring man, a bit to overprotective. He actually gets slightly hyperventilated when other people ask him if Menma can be taken out to simply hang out. He was like that for awhile with Sakura and Sasuke but he's gotten so use to them he now gets anxious for them as well. Minato is the main cook of the house but Kushina likes to try her hand at it and if Minato isn't there with her things can get a bit out of hand with her impatient ways.

--Other Family--

Jiraya: He is a very nice old man who is pleasant to be near, Menma often finds solace in his company and seeks him out when he's confused on things. Though the man can be strict and doesn't take kindly to Menma's sometimes brash ways with women he is still the grandfather like figure in Menma's life.

Tsunade: He often picks with her but she is a very straight forward woman and can still hit pretty hard if you talk about her flat chest. Tsunade has never been a gambling woman she prides that one herself very much, even with her amazing luck. But she has gambled once and she's prepared not to loose, she gave Menma a necklace passed down through generations of her family because she holds a lot of pride in him.
