Jingen is giving me... Orochimaru vibes and I'm feeling truly doubtful about whether he's as pure evil as he is made up to be.

I'm assuming he let Kawaki be experimented on by Amado to power him up but I'm also questioning his intention. Is he doing this solely to turn Kawaki into a weapon for Kara, or he really wants children that he grants powers to - kind of his own twisted way of taking care of his kids. Of course, this doesn't justify the added trauma he must have inflicted onto Kawaki.
