Jily Awards 2022
Hey All,
I hope you are having a good 2022. I have some sad news. I will not be running the awards this year. As some close friends know, Ive been really struggling with my health the last few years. The awards grew astronomically between 2020 and 2021 and it was extremely hard for me to stay on top of the work. I do this for free, and in thanks for a community that was always so welcoming to me.
But to be honest, ive not felt welcomed in this community in awhile. So, with that thought in the forefront of my mind I'm here writing this message. I really appreciate the support everyone has shown the awards in the past. It was a labor of love and I'm glad so many people enjoyed it.
If anyone would like to take up the helm, I would prefer it be someone 18+. I can walk you through everything, and my discord is available if you have questions. If you're interested please reach out!
Thank you guys again, for your support and interest. And your good spirits in celebrating one another rather than making it about a competition. This fandom is lucky enough to have so many writers and artists that have spent the time to grow their skills into something so beautiful. We have gathered for the love of two characters that seems to transcend any story. I appreciate this fandom does outwardly try to show that love.
