Jalebi/Jilebi is a famous Indian sweet. You can find them in mithai shop/sweet shops and across the streets in the evening time. There are 2 varieties in Jalebi. One is sugar coated and other is jaggery coated. Jilebi is served with rabri(milk based dessert). The color and the texture makes us feel hungry and tempting to the recipe. Ingredients:-
#Maida/all purpose flour- 1 cup
#Corn flour - 3tbspns
#Salt - small pinch
#Baking soda - 1/4th spn
Orange food #color - pinch
#Curd- 1/4th cup
#Lemon juice/vinegar - 3tbspns
#Water - 1 cup
#Sugar - 1.5cup
Crushed #cardamoms - 2
