Hi Kanmom! I can't remember if I saw it on your blog or someone else's but an anon suggested that us jikookers send our own email to Hybe expressing our support for jikook and I'd love if this became an actual thing.
I'd only suggest that the email being drafted doesn't explicitly call out jikook's potential relationship and is done in a more subtle way if you get what I mean.
Taekookers and generally homophobic people are just so loud for the wrong reasons in this fandom and I hate it. I used to believe that they don't really see all the hate coming through but more and more things have popped up that makes me believe they actually do and I just hate that.
I wonder how we could go about drafting the email and getting it sent out in a big enough amount for it to be noticeable and get more jikookers and ARMY against homophobia to join in. Twitter trends and all.
Like I said, it wouldn't be a big jikook support email, it would have to be written in a way where you can read between the lines but idk. I don't know the first thing about fandom organization
It's really not a bad idea. But I too wouldn't know how to go about it. Writing something would not be a problem. It would have to be carefully worded. And who do you send it to?
