#jet programme uk

Hello!

I did apply, but I haven’t heard anything yet. I saw on the UK JET twitter that we should expect a response within the next 6 weeks (5 now, since it was last week or so that I saw it). 

I went this afternoon. I didn't know I was supposed to take ID to get into the Embassy though! Security is no joke there. But I still got to go in, thankfully. Must remember to take ID just in case whenever I go to important buildings and stuffs.

Now, the Wait begins.

Hey guys, just to let you know (if you haven't noticed already), that a few of the questions on the form might look a little different when you print it off. For example, one question seemed to ask for my full middle name, when the online application asked only for my initial.

The person I spoke to at the JET Desk said little things like this are fine, but a cover letter can be written to draw attention to any discrepancies (if like me, you worry about details, or you just want to clarify anything).

So. I've finally gotten hold of my medical records and whatnot, so I just need to call the JET Desk tomorrow, ask a few questions about some things, do a last reread, and submit and print off my application!

After that, I'll get my statement of physician sorted and print off my personal statement.

That'll be it. :O

I plan to take my application to the embassy by hand next week (deadline's next Friday - Nov 28th), since I'm fortunate to live under an hour away.
