I am different, I have known this for a while and have always embraced it. My style reflects my creativity and I do not intend to change it, instead I intend to class it up. Make it look more mature.

My first boyfriend once said to me " why are you doing so much, be yourself, that's not you" after dating me for a year. I responded:
WHAT! Who have I been dating all this time? You never knew I was unique. Then the relationship ended.

I have recently added beads to my braids and My new boyfriend said "take them out boo, you look childish" it reminded me of my past relationships and wonder if he doesn't really know me either. I replied: why does it matter? He replied "because you are job searching right now and need to look professional not childish, you can be yourself after you get a job."
😊I smiled and thought, yea he know me.
Morality: don't stay with people who are not on your level. We deal with being accepted by only accepting ourselves. Don't let a nigga change you nor should you be with someone and try to change them. When you be yourself, love will find you.❤️
