So what kind of relationships do you like to imagine the senshi and 4 generals(I cannot spell the other word) might have in the future? I mean non-romantically like who gets along, who loathes each other, are any of them friends outside work or are they all just coworkers each devoted to their own person(the king and queen)?
By future I'm guessing you mean like Crystal Tokyo type deal. Mmh, I'm not going to lie I never thought about them actually being reincarnated to join the senshi in Crystal Tokyo. For as much as I like theirs and Beryl's role in the story it always really ends at the first season, mostly because I just don't see Mamoru as anything more than a regular guy who got reincarnated so there's no reason for me to give him inner senshi equivalents.
BUT, I'll discard my hcs and opinions for this ask and entertain the vision of a future with them in it. That said, I will use the 90's anime characterization of them. Not only because that is the one I'm mostly familiar with, but is also the one where their characters are the most flashed out (i haven't finished pgsm so I don't feel confident using that version of the characters).
First of all I'll say, I have a REALLY hard time seeing Zoisite giving enough of a shit to not just get up and leave with Kunzite and live a happy life with him. If he does stay it's only because Kunzite is a really loyal man and he's devoted to his duty to Endymion, and Zoisite is a loyal man to his man so he stays for Kunzite's sake. That said Zoisite is definitely the gossiper of the castle, somehow beating Mina now that she has way more responsibilities in her hands. If Michiru is a part of the castle as well, those two would have to be separated by a chain linked fence at all times or they'd be at each other's necks much to the dismay of everyone present. I don't really see Zoisite growing attached to any of the inners or the queen, but he likes Mamoru enough and I could see him warming up (lol) to Rei a bit over time. Adult Rei is more down to Earth, helpful but not overly nice, actually she's pretty grouchy and grumpy most of the time with an often unintentional dry approach to casual conversation and I can see Zoisite lowkey respecting it. Also Rei is fun to talk to, at times matching his enwrgy but not to a level where he considersher 'competition'. That's mostly it tho, he chats with all of the girls but rarely the conversation gets any more deep or meaningful than a break room convo with a coworker. Most of the girls have also learned to sort of ignore his teasing/provocations, although he still manages to get under Mina's skin at times. While Usagi does genuinely enjoy his presence, her patience and understanding makes as sort of a barrier to his antics and he understands that, so I could see him being a bit more genuine with her the few times he gets to speak with her one to one. Usagi does feel bad that he's stuck in less that ideal situation, he's sacrificing a lot for the sake of his loved one and she truly respects and appreciates that of him.
Since we talked Zoisite, I'll go to Kunzite next. It's tough with him because I tend to see him as the most 'devoted' of all the generals, but his devotion is heavily dependent on what version of the story we're choosing for this hypothetical future. Say if we run with my version of silmil, he considers Endymion/Mamoru a traitor, given the nature of his cause to free the Earth from the Moon Monarchy. Now he's stuck in the future he so desperately fought to avoid, but.. it's different. She's different. His whole view of the world, the past and his actions turned on his head. What happened in the past was wrong, but was he right for trying to kill some innocent girls just because they were reincarnated and destined to rebuild what he fought so hard to destroy? Usagi understands this, as well as Mamoru, everyone makes mistakes and while they've already forgiven him, he now must learn to forgive himself. He still feels tied to his purpose, he was reborn/reawakened for a reason and he refuses to entertain the very real possibility of simply being given another chance to be happy. Instead he dedicates himself to his role as general, being extremely loyal to the King and with some complicated feelings, the Queen. He's very professional, treating all the girls with a respectful but also extremely detached tone. The girls definitely have to take some time to fully warm up to the idea of having him around (from the way I see it, he was very violent while he fought the girls the first time, his blood filled with hatred and vengeance towards them), even if they were given his word and most importantly Usagi's word that his ways have now changed, his presence definitely makes the room fill up with palpable tension, emotions ranging from uneasiness and discomfort to outright fear at the worst of times. Especially if one of them is in the room alone with him. Venus is not scared of him, being the only one to often question his judgements and decision making and while he still refuses to respond under Venus' commands, he comes to slowly respect her role and competence as leader, allowing him to somewhat swallow his pride and to openly discuss plans of actions with her. Their relationship is strictly professional, but outside of Usagi, she's the one he interacts with the most. He doesn't allow others to peer into his emtions and insecurities, and while that could normally be overcome with one of the girls taking the extra step to show that is ok to open up to them, none of them do. It's not that they hate him, but some of that resentment from what he has done to them in the past is still present, if he's willing to open up first and warm up to them they'll be willing to give him a chance, but they are not willing to be the ones to take the first step. He has to be the one to, again, swallow his pride and a step down to them or continue shielding himself with the guides of professionalism and have his relationship with Zoisite be the only truly meaningful connection in his life. Even if he does decide to open up a bit with them, I still don't believe he'd be like besties or anything with any of them, but at least he would be able to cherish the warmth of a genuine smile and/or greeting whenever he enters a room.
I'll do Nephrite next because I feel like his relationship with them is the least 'complicated' out of all of them. If we, again, follow more of my hcs, he was always the kindest and most human of the four. I don't have the whole Naru/Nephrite plot, but I do see him getting a bit of a redemption/change of mind type deal in the first season. Basically when the girls are transformed the don,xt appear human, like I explained in a previous post and they also look a bit older, so when he fights Usagi and her transformation drops he's struck by the realization of "wait, I'm actually hurting and trying to kill a human teenage girl who genuinely looks scared for her life.. what the fuck are we doing? Am I really doing the right thing here? Are these teenagers who are just fighting for their lives the ultimate evil we're fighting against?" And he dies before truly getting a resolution. So say he's brought back to now serve for the people he was trying to kill before, he wouldn't be nearly as conflicted about it as the other three. It's not black and white, but he questioned the morality of his and Beryl's actions since the start, and now he just gets the chance to live again. I easily see him choosing to stay by the King's (and Queen's) side, not only because that's really all he's ever known, but also because he is a genuinely nice guy who wants to make meaningful connections and have a positive impact on the people he has affected in the last and let those same people influence him and make him grow as a person. He's kind and by far the most amicable of all the four generals, treating his role as more of a genuine connection with the girls rather than a strict professional obligation. I could see him getting along with all of them, to varying degrees and even the ones who don't care much for him like Haruka and Rei, still understand he's a harmless guy. I think Mako would be the one to connect the most with him, platonic or romantic, doesn't really matter (depends if Mako is already engaged to someone else. Given how this Mako is an adult, I tend to believe she'd already be engaged), but Ami does also very much enjoy his presence. He throughly respects all of the girls, their roles and their personalities, as well as their growth. They put their pasts behind them and are now working to better each other and the world around them. I also think he'd truly be the only one of the four to hear an 'order' from the Queen and not take it as a suggestion like the other guys tend to do (usually throwing a glance at the King as to say 'I'll do it if YOU tell me to do it' waiting for a nod from him). Usagi is infinitely grateful of his presence and the fact he took the chance he was given at open arms, truly believing he's making the world a better place through his small but meaningful ways.
Jedaite.. he's complicated.. mostly because, even in canon he's not really given much in terms of motivation and personality. He's the most "stereotypical first bad guy" out of all of them and while you can infer some stuff through his presentation in the anime about his personality, a lot is left up in the air. Like he's a scheming, sleazy but kind of dedicated person, who's also sexist for some reason. So that kind of leads me to believe he's the youngest and most immature out of all of them. Blindingly following Beryl's commands reveling in her attention and praises, for lack of a better term 'momma's boy' in the sibling dynamic between most of the generals. How would that translate to a situation where he's given the choice to serve under the King and Queen in the future Crystal Tokyo? I would say poorly, especially given how he would definitely have to change his view and attitude towards women now that he's working along side them. I'm not sure that his loyalty to the King would be enough to keep him tied to his duty, if anything the only thing keeping him there would be.. fear. Like the other guys, this is all he's ever known, it's very different but it's still.. familiar in the most loose of terms. And while he would have to start dealing with the idea of fending for himself in this environment (where respect isn't earned through achievements, but through your willingness to create those connections via concepts like.. being nice, acting like a human being, etc..), it's a fairly welcome safe net nonetheless. He tends to be pretty rude and immature to the girls, but that is mostly unintentional, trying to build a flimsy self confidence barrier in an environment he's honestly a bit intimidated by. His only true guidance shining from Mamoru, Nephrite and in some ways Kunzite, although he would never admit to any of it. His indifference/insolence towards the girls and especially Usagi is often begrudgingly tolerated (he's younger than them, that's the only way I can write him acting this way without making him feel too unlikable). They understand that his actions and words are but a shield, they can look past it without feeling the need to comment on his obviously leaking insecurities. Altough not all of the girls have that much patience with him. Ami for example, having picked up fairly quickly that was was going to be an easy target for him, given her less intimatading and soft spoken demeanor, does not tolerate his behavior. Being unafraid to cut deep into him in public if he offends or depraves her, Mako or Usagi in front it of her. Mako tolerates him, having dealt with her fair share of insecure guys in her life, and even tries to subtly guide him and give him advice if needed, making sure to not sound patronizing. He grows to respect her and even subconsciously derive comfort from her presence, being the closest thing to 'home' he's ever experienced, a sense of comforting stability. Although those feelings never develop into anything romantic from either side. Mina, Haruka and Rei act often extremely dismissive towards him, they don't see him as much of threat as they find him as a sometimes very annoying nuisance. Michiru terrifies him high key so he avoids her like the plague.

Crossover "Sailor Moon" with "Steven Universe"!
Zoisite. It was a pleasure to combine the colors of the original stone; it turned out very spring-like. To reflect the randomness of Zoisite, I made the boots in different colors and painted a pink pattern on the cheekbones. The Zoisite gem is located just below the chest, but due to the fact that this gem constantly stands in a protective pose, it is not visible.
Well here we go~
AU, where Shitenno were revived by the Silver Crystal, and they do not want to obey the king.
From russian fanfic about early days in Golden Kingdom, where the grass was green and Zoisite was a woman. She changed her gender using magic. She was beautiful fury.
either a crossover with Pokemon, or just thoughts about what if they could really be taken out of rocks.
Crossover with "Elizabeth" japanese version. Kunzite.
