But if you have happier employees you will have even happier customers. Hear me out on this one, over the years I have worked for many different kinds of people and companies. I myself have tried many different things to boost moral of the company as a whole for a better living culture. The best way to get the hardest working a best attitude filled workers are to treat thenm with respect and appreciation. So what we did for our employees is have a grill out day and we gave away free prizes. It's the little things that lead you to the bigger things! When you have employees that respect you rather than fear you, you'd be surprised how much more gets done for you company with WAY higher quality. In result bringing you way more clientele because they want your company to handle their products. And angry person doesn't care or have pride in what they do. But some one that feels value, validation and respect. They can accomplish anything at the highest degree. Respect and appreciate your employees no matter where they are on the chain of command! Yes everyday you can live in a life running from your problem and still live and you can still find some sort of level of happiness. But if you go all out for those goals that seem unobtainable. You will be surprised what you will accomplish. Those once far away goals, dreams and aspirations that once seemed so far away... are actually bow right up in your face ready to be accepted. You just can't tell yourself no. You can't say you can't do it. Let other random people do that for you. But God damnit do not believe them. You MUST tell yourself that you can do it, because guess what you can. I never in my life thought I would ever be able to run this far in one go. It's all about where your mind is located and where you allow it to go!!! 29years old and I'm in the best shape of my life. Get off your butts and work for that bravery! Never did I think at the age 29 I would be able to run this far and this fast. It's all about your mind set. What you feed your brain. What you think about, it all makes the physical life manipulate to how your brain feels. Happy improving brain, will have a happy improving life. But if you have a sad stagnant thought process, you will never move out of that sadness. You need to shock your system first to get out of that slump and then continue to feed that positivity into your life! Life will give it back to you once you start believing you deserve it. So prove to yourself, that you are improving to get the better life!!! What you see in your mind you will see through your eyes so start envisioning a better life and follow that!
