I AM NOT AMERICAN SO I DON'T KNOW HOW CAMPS WORK BUT I SHALL TRY

  Alixon is head camp counsellor because his predecessor moved from San Fran to, like, Wisconsin with his new wife and the baby who’s due any day now. Brenin deals with everything despite being one of the youngest counsellors but NO everyone listens to him because they respect him (he's both laid-back and stern, so just nails that right balance.)

Keegan is his right hand woman, leading over the languages and gardening mostly, though sometimes leads any music sessions, as the kids soon realise with glee that Keegan can pretty much play any instrument she can get her hands on.

Kit decides to sign up because of the first aid training, and convinces James to go by pointedly leaving leaflets about Camp Excalibur around his home (open at the mechanics/invention section) and also through thorough bribery (you don't want to know.)

 Azviel is admitted quickly as another councillor due to her advanced language skills, and she becomes another teacher and James is utterly besotted with her, like, so much and he whinges to Kit that his heart actually hurts when she's leading a small gaggle of five year old kids (Kaan, Wil, Rhea and Roxanne) and making them parrot back in French.

 She is an attractive, intelligent woman who's good with kids and languages and, he learns to his horror, can sing and play guitar, which of course means she’s heartbreakingly out of his league and NATURALLY Kit tuts and begrudgingly consoles him because he hasn't noticed her longing looks when he's lifting up a teeny little Louise and/or Luke to inspect a component in one of the minibus' engines, or that one time he fell asleep under one of the trees and the kids drew on his face and Azviel was obviously fondly amused because oh god, hot dork nooooo.

 Kit usually ends up as a mediator between them both; insisting that yes the other likes them, yes really. Kit often arrives back at the cabin exhausted because Lana got tangled up in the bandages again, and though Erick's usually there to help, he went off with another counsellor, Apollo, to do god knows what (he's in charge of the star gazing so no she doesn't really wanna know how they both came back covered in leaves and mud and suspicious bruises.) Apollo also left his protégé Ellie with her to look after too, alongside Lana and a frankly alarmingly large 7 year old named Glebb.

 Ruth is another counsellor who leads the gardening activities, and her experience with helping the girl scouts has paid off because otherwise she'd be a complete and utter pushover to Luke's puppy dog eyes when he asks but why can't I put soil in Counsellor Alette's pillow? T'Paila is mostly silent and homesick when she first arrives, but gradually blossoms (ha) under Luke and Maureen's playful influence until she's constantly babbling about anything and everything.

ok so if i've got this right; 

Rinolan is the royal fuschia-blood, whose moirail is the quiet but sweet cerulean Kotho. 

Apollo is the faux-snobbish violet sea-dweller, but he really badly wants to get into yellow-blood Erick's pants in any capacity; he has no preference for red or black, but he just wants something. Burgundy-blood Ellie's his moirail, but she has a desperate flushed crush for him and her heart breaks every time he (begrudgingly) turns up at her respiteblock door with violet tears streaming down his face because nobody likes him and she just pities him so much it hurts to know he doesn't feel the same way. 

Erick is best friends with purple Wil, who has a mutual flushed and/or pale crush on olive blood Louise who loves cats and has her own shipping wall. 

Kaan (the mutant red) has Azviel-the jade-blood- for a tentative Moirallegiance  (and they geek out about languages together) but apart from this, he seems ok without any sort of relationship. (There's an offer of Kismesitude with Alison, but he's confused by her response that she's an "asexual") and later tries to start a Matespritship with T'Paila, who just outright rejects him for Luke (the Alpha version of James)  

Maureen the rust/bronze troll is Glebb the indigo's moirail UNTIL

THE HUMANS ARRIVED.

Namely, James and Kitty. (Ruth and Alison were on the golden ship, trying to break the fourth wall.)  

So James and Azviel kick it off right away, being nauseatingly adorable all over the meteor. Kaan makes the mistake of asking James what an "Asexual" is, as he has to sit through a rather long and often lewd conversation about human reproduction ("What's a 'penis'?" "Are you being serious right now?" "...Yes?")  and sexuality ("but won't the droids cull them if they don't-?") 

Glebb soon grows rather fond of Kitty (in a pale way, shoosh) as she reminds him of Rinolan.

So, since this is getting kinda long; Luke is James' alpha counterpoint, Harper for Ruth, Alex (Tucker) for Alison and Alexis Thompson for Kitty.

Just off the top of my head- since this was a thing I dwelled on a lot; Lana is Rinolan's Dancestor, Jake (//our helmsman) for Apollo, T'Shanik for T'Paila and definitely Keegan for Azviel.
