(first fic aside from headcanons! not exactly accurate but it’s a scenario ok)

You frequently hung around Alex and the rest of the group to help out with their project, but as time went on strange things started to happen.. long after everything Jay told you what happened and invited you to come along with him and Tim to finish the rest of the project—— although skeptical about it you agreed!
You met up at the area Jay told you to and went along with him and Tim to wherever the hell you were meant to go, you had SOME idea of where you were as you remember way back filming Brian (whom you then had a MASSIVE crush on.) for certain scenes he was in. But again, having no clue of directions you just let them lead the way.
After about an hour or two of walking the three of you spotted different areas to go to, Tim stopped walking for a moment and turnt to you and Jay, with his hands on his hips and a frustrated sigh he finally speaks up “Look, why don’t we just split up? it’s not that spacious so i’m sure we’ll find our way back to a spot we’ve been before to find each other.” That’s a horrible idea considering you only have SOME idea on where you are!, before you could argue back to Tim’s idea on how that’s a terrible choice——Jay answered before you could.
“Well that’s kinda a stupid idea Tim, considering we could die out there or go missing especially ____ or did you not think about them?” Oh great, now their gonna bicker for the next 3 minutes, Tim gave Jay a glare before he let out a scoff “It’s great to see your finally being a team leader like you haven’t just been walking around having ZERO idea on what the fuck your doing.” After bitching at eachother, Tim ended the small argument to ask you what YOU wanted “Okay then, ____ What do you think?”. You froze as you just eyed the both of them, knowing if you said yes to splitting up Tim would give you silent treatment the whole day and knowing if you said no to splitting up Jay’s confidence would be boosted to a ton.. But is it really worth the bitchy attitude from Tim???
“I think it’s best if we split up so we can find more??” Your answer slapped a smug grin onto Tim’s face when he looked back at Jay “So then?” Jay shot him a glare as he immediately came to his defense “I mean they probably just said that because they’re scared of you, who could blame em?” Tim scoffed up a laugh before he started walking backwards towards a certain way, his eyes still following Jay “I hope you DO end up lost so then you can pathetically cry out for me and ____’s help, which i’ll make sure to ignore.”
“Whatever, meet you guys here??” You and Tim gave a ‘yeah’ as the three of you parted ways, you didn’t realize how scary it’d be without the other two but now you were started to shit your pants. You were about 20 minutes deeper into the same path than before, now you could see a building?? it was surrounded by the forest with brick walls and graffiti all over it, the floor around the outside of it was a bunch of chalky white pebbles—— You weren’t surprised it hasn’t been dealt with as the area was quiet and quite run down. As long as it was a place that brought back memories which Jay was looking for, you needed to look into it.
You entered the main area of the building, the hallway was surprisingly clear although there was small pieces of rubble up cornered around some walls. You couldn’t help but think you weren’t alone.. maybe it was Jay who followed you and is about to jump out and scare you?? or maybe it was just the feeling the abandoned appearance gave you.
You entered a certain room with no door which caught your eye, it had white brick walls and a plastic table in the middle towards it. There was also a large square cutout in the wall facing you which was obviously for windows to be placed into, the afternoon light from the outside shun onto you—— and you couldn’t help but take in the view from the forest outside. Until an unknown voice spoke..
“Hi there!” You gasped as you whipped your head around to see who it was, it was a 5’11 man leaned against the door way wearing light washed jeans with a khaki jacket and a mask on top of his hair which you could tell he just pulled up from his face. His eyes widened a bit as he gave a slight gap toothed grin “I didn’t mean to scare ya! I’m guessing you don’t recognize me then do you??” His hand touched the side of the doorframe as he walked forward toward you, stopping at a good distance.
“I’m.. so sorry i guess i don’t, who are you??” You were too stunned to give a reasonable response to a stranger stepping that close to you, so you let him give you some backstory. He let out a slight laugh, what a giddy guy! you couldn’t help but notice how his eyes squint and wrinkle when he smiles “Brian! Brian Thomas!!, y’know you used to help my group with our project??” You instantly snapped out of your confusion, BRIAN? the dude from college who you had a total crush on??! you guess there wasn’t much difference in appearance other than the fact you have HORRIBLE memory.
You gave a surprised grin back “Oh my god no way?!!, well what are you doing here?? it’s so odd that your just—— here!” He gave a sigh as he nodded his head “Ya’know, just.. work n stuff! I work around this area—— so.. I see you’ve changed quite a bit, NEVER in a bad way of course.”
He eyed you up and down which you couldn’t help but secretly fluster over..Really? how the hell can he work around here?? there’s practically no job sites, you tried not to think too hard into it and instead try to focus on the fact your old college crush is HERE and talking to YOU! “Oh cool, what do you do for work?——“ He instantly spoke over you with a quick response of “It’s honestly nothin important.. but uh, hey i’m free now! do’ya wanna hang out??..” Although he’s an old college friend, you still couldn’t help but have your suspicions on why he couldn’t tell you.. you decided to tread lightly and just go along with his invitation.
“Here’s fine! I could take you somewhere better but ya probably haven’t got alotta time to waste..” He walked further along into the room a bit past you, you felt kinda bad about him not being able to take you somewhere better, i mean cmon this IS probably your only time to shine.
You turnt your head to him as you shut his guess down “Not at all! you can take me wherever you want.. just as long as it’s not that far.” He let out a snort but there was light of excitement in his eyes “It’s not like i’m gonna take you to the other side of the state or anythin! Gosh you’re funny..”
He sniffed as he walked back towards the doorway, turning his head to you “You comin or what??” you snapped out of your admiration and followed after him, he lead you out of the building and into the forest—— you couldn’t help but admire him from behind, terrified that he’d turn around and just catch your eyes piercing into his head..luckily he didn’t.
He took you further out of the forest and to area of grass with a gravel pathway, you caught up to him a while ago and were now walking next to him—— you looked over to him observing the floor with a grin. Maybe he zoned out??? You decided to clear the air with some small talk “So, how’s life like after college??” He looked up from the floor before sighing, but he didn’t look over at you. “Eh.. different, strange even.” You guess you could relate, your life wasn’t any funner than it was before. Things were quiet day to day and you never had much around you to do, you gave him a nod “Oh i can definitely relate to that.”
He turnt his head to you with a curious expression “Really?? You can’t sleep that well either??—— i’d be surprised, you look like a beauty for someone who gets no sleep.” you let out a chuckle “I mean i SLEEP!, i’m just always exhausted anyway.” He analyzed every inch of your face whilst you weren’t looking, then letting out an ‘Mm.’ in agreement. The more you walked you both ended up by a riverbed with a water tunnel at the end of it, you sat by it hugging your knees as he plopped down in front of you with his legs crossed.
“You aren’t wrong— this is really beautiful.” He raised his eyebrows “M’never wrong.” you let out a giggle, you couldn’t believe how funny he was now! although he was always kinda funny.
He pulled out a hip flask, twisting it open and drinking some which he then lent his hand out to offer it to you “Mhh—you drink dontcha??” You don’t drink much, but GOD did you need this from the stress of what you’ve agreed to beforehand. You nodded and took the hip flask from him “Thank you!” downing some of it, you had a slightly uncomfortable swallow but you gulped it down anyway. He sighed out a little laugh, his cheeks lighting up. “Well damn!, if i knew you were that desperate i would’ve brung more..”
You handed the flask back to him and then placed your chin on top of your knees, flashing him a grin “I see you’ve grown more of a stache.” He responded by touching his stache with two of his fingers with a smile “It’s not ugly lookin is it??” he joked, you shook your head as you reached your arm out to put on his knee. “No no! i was just saying i like how visible it is.” That touch on his knee did something to him, you felt a slight shiver come from him. “Well gee thanks, now i realize how much i probably looked like a prepubescent boy in college.” You tried hard to hold in your laugh, unable to tell if he was being serious or not “Don’t be silly!, you still had one back then.”
He licked the top of his teeth with his mouth closed before he gave a slick reply “Yeah, was i cute?” Uh oh.. if you answered this honestly god knows how it could end up, but i mean he doesn’t seem to mind being a little flirty so go for it! “Yeah actually, very cute.”
He didn’t answer, but instead he crawled closer to your face which made your heartbeat instantly speed up.. He looked at your lips then made eye contact with you, giving an idiotic smile “Ya’know.. i can’t help but remember how squeamish you used to be over me..” you couldn’t do anything else but just look at him, then his nose—— ESPECIALLY his nose. He leant his head a bit to the side as his lips got inches closer to yours “Let’s see if you still are..” he let out a excited sigh before he pressed his lips onto yours, you leant into the kiss which allowed his to explore more into your mouth—— your teeth accidentally bumping into each other but he didn’t mind.
You couldn’t help but let out a slight gasp the further he took the kiss, his tongue starting to glaze the inside of your mouth with his saliva. His hands caressed the side of your arms up and down before pushing you onto your back, him now straddling you. He pulled away, leaving a trail of saliva between you both as he used his finger to swipe the saliva from his bottom lip “Did you lick my bottom lip??..” He squinted his eyes with a teasing tone before putting the finger into his mouth and tasting the saliva.
You couldn’t do anything but be stunned by how freaked out he is, you never saw him to be a very heated makeout typa guy.. but you’re not complaining. You kept your hands above your head, he slowly leant his hands into yours, you curled your hands expecting him to aswell (which he did.) He adjusted himself on top of you as his eyes pierced into yours, the way he grinned reminded you of an evil cat. “I’m not scaring ya am i?..” you swallowed, shaking your head “No!.. not at all..”
He let out a hum “M’glad gorgeous, so tell me.. any other men in your life?” he seemed genuine about the question, maybe to see what type of person you were “No, i’ve always just been in a talking stage and that’s it.” he gave a sympathetic but secretly delighted nod “Well it’s a good thing m’here ain’t it?.. i’ve had my eye on you for a long while.”
You muddled up your words before finally finding the right response “Wh- in what way??——“ out of nowhere you heard Jay’s annoying call out for you ‘___!’ Brian turnt his head to the noise, getting up from ontop of you and reaching his hand out for you to take.
You took his hand and got up, watching him dust himself off “M’so sorry cutie, i’ve gotta leave but—— you’ll see me again.. take my word for it mkay??” you were too confused and distracted by how closer Jay’s yelling was starting to get. You nodded as he grabbed your face with his hands, giving you one more big kiss before speeding off into the distance/darkness of the trees around you.
Jay appears behind you, Tim appearing a second after “Jesus ____ we didn’t mean THIS far.” Jay gave you a worried look “Are you good? You look kinda rough.. and hey——this place is actually one of the places from the tapes! Good eye ____.” Tim gave a second look at the environment infront of him “I guess i do kinda remember it, anyway which one of you’s gotta lighter?. I think i dropped mine.”
You couldn’t give a clear response to either them, you were too busy dazing off into the distance of your soon to see again college crush. ₍ᐢ..ᐢ₎♡
