Jasper after Cruella gives him an unwilling “makeover”
Lol yea the cruella sequel was confirmed August last year I think but literally no idea when it’s supposed to film. Mid 2023 I guess. Which means no release until late 2024 probably. Sigh
Anyway I feel like they’ll go for the full family platonic love angle and kinda subside any romantic potential (idk if that’s good or bad, even though i would really like a jasperella exploration/explicit hints at the least). I think if there’s any romance to develop, it would be between roger and anita assuming they have more substantial roles in the sequel (and they’ll be on the cruella team lbr)l. I also feel like the plotline will revolve around cruella working up the ranks in the fashion world, while from prison the baroness tries to sabotage her rapidly growing popularity and career by defamation, creating powerful enemies towards her in her own form of revenge. Sounds kinda meh and predictable but i’m guessing it’s something like what they’ll go for. I just hope it’ll be as enjoyable as the first…… sorry i’m rambling. I need this sequel like yesterday

I also don’t think they’ll go for an explicit romantic route with Jasper and Cruella, but I think we’ll get some more hints of it like we did in the first movie. I honestly sort of prefer that anyway, because that way I can rely on headcanons and theories and they won’t have ruined the dynamic with bad writing.
