He might be a little grumpy with me lol. Okay, now, let’s get real. I stopped running the last two weeks and it didn’t help my depression one bit! I’ve been beating myself up and being way harder on myself than I should’ve been because of this. I felt lazy, fat and miserable. And quite honestly, didn’t care I felt that way. Now, enough of the negative tone of this post because I don’t feel that way right now! I restarted my training plan and yes, this was a damn super easy run but I feel so alive!! The air is brisk and fall like today but also warm! I felt like I was flying!! And I made a decision: no more letting bipolar win!
