Well, yesterday me and Jasmine hogged the kitchen to prepare some cheesecake.

99,8% of contribution out of my person, 0,01% of contribution from Jasmine. Still, she does deserve a mention for at least watching me do it, I reckon.

So I talked photographer into taking portraits after the shoot today. Sue me.

Why? This is still part of the strainer effect we're trying to impose here, Jasmine.

I've really been surprised by my first few nights in the house. When signing up for this thing, I was expecting to be in a house of super skinny, super up tight, super serious wannabe models. However, I've found almost nothing of the sort. The house seems to be a diverse collection of people, though mostly male (by which I'm very [pleasantly] surprised)

But we have the surfer, the personal trainer, the hispter, and the boys who look like they strolled in off the streets of Harajuku - A very interesting combination of styles and personalities.

I was lucky enough to snatch a bed in the only open room at the time, and, for the first time in my life, am sharing a room with 3 other people.

First is Ursula. Someone had made the comment of us being "Ying and Yang" as our appearances are polar opposites. Her fair completion and near white hair against my obvious Latina appearance.  However, aside from our appearances, we're actually rather similar and have been getting along great. So happy to have a "girlfriend" in the house. The next I met is Edwin, or Eddie :P  He's a bit intimidating, I must say. Very... smart.. haha I can't think of the word right now... wise? intellectual? I don't know... I just feel like I could learn a lot from him, he's fun to talk to.

Julian is my last roomie - the man who forgot a towel! Poor thing.  And that's kinda how we met... happened to catch him...well... air drying .////. and decided I couldn't live with that and offered him one of my towels (which I doubt I'm ever going to get back), so while he still insists on air drying, he at least is not full nude. Aside from being our house nudist, he's a great guy. I haven't taken much time to get to really know him much yet, aside from he loves surfing... wind surfing? specifically?   He did come to my dance class though ;) so maybe if he keeps coming, I'll get to know him better. Yeah! that's another thing... I was just de-stress dancing in the runway room and just kinda ended up doing a bit of a performance for eavesdroppers... which then turned into giving a short lesson - haha!

It's kind of nice to be one of the better dancers for once!

Circa and Candy are hilarious... they try... they really do XD I just kind of want to give them glowsticks and send them on their way though - it's probably better suited for them.

*pushes you back into our room* breaaaaathe Eddie, breathe.
