I’m sorry but no amount of propaganda will ever make me love jarlic. I’m sorry but fresh garlic is cheaper (garlic itself is one of the cheapest things on planet earth), better, peeling it takes like two seconds, mincing it takes even less, and you as one person will never need so much garlic all at once that you need it to be pre-peeled or minced unless you are being paid to cook food for large amounts of people in which case the decision is basically being made for you.
