去年梅を漬けた時の赤紫蘇で作ったゆかりと紫蘇のスパゲティー 🍝 ゆかり自体の塩味に加えて、昆布茶と白だしで味を整えました。 切り海苔を散らした後、仕上げにオリーブオイルを回しかけます。 動物性のものは入ってないけど、まぁまぁお腹に溜まる一品 😋

いろんな山菜の余りと冷蔵庫にあった野菜やハムなどを混ぜてスパゲティーにしたのですが、ベランダで採れたセリを投入したところ、これが思いの外良い仕事をしてくれました 😋 味付けは塩胡椒とお醤油でシンプルな “ジャポネ” です。なぜだかこれとナポリタンに関しては、1.9mm茹で時間11分の、昔ながらの太口麺を使いたいという変なこだわりを持ってるんだなぁー。
