So there's a judge from @oakgov @migov who's been running of state's specialty court expansion program. There are a lot of good state workers, politicians, government employees -- most don't know anything about all this. But judge Brian MacKenzie of 52-1 in novi -- who is the president of the #madcp Michigan association of drug court professionals -- admitted to the Detroit free press at the end of December that he has financial ties to JAMs, the alcohol and drug testing center he sentences people to from his bench. Right? His wife -- Karen MacKenzie -- she is the executive director of the #madcp which is having its 15th annual conference in Lansing in just a few days. Over the past 15 years + that lil #jamsscams wasn't public knowledge, not reported on, not disclosed ... Not very judgey now is it? There are like 110 specialty court programs in the state of Michigan now. Just last night the @ltgovcalley even signed new legislation about mental health courts -- which includes a heavy dose of cash only alcohol and drug testing fees at places like JAMs... Sentenced from the same judges who are in the #MADCP. All 83 counties have alcohol and drug testing centers listed on a state collection site on a #LARA database. So that cash money is collected...good times. since the state of Michigan is into extra collections and the #madcp judges haven't objected in 15 years why not open up #LEIN (law enforcement information network) access to for-profit businesses for --let's say-- $10,000. How much money has the state made on that deal? How many businesses have gone through the state's networks and citizens private files for a mere $10K?
