We are extremely pleased to announce that our Master of Ceremonies for the “Locks & Frocks 6”which is to take place Thursday November 20th, 2014 at the Aloft Calgary University Hotel is the Wonderfully Talented Fun loving Radio Personality Jamie Herbison The “Coach” from XL103. We were so pleased to have Jamie back to Calgary after a couple years of him living in California with his wife who has now been transferred back to Calgary. Jamie is very passionate about the Community and Charitable endeavours, which is why we are so pleased to have him be our Master of Ceremonies.
What is Locks & Frocks? Locks & Frocks is an evening of Divine Decadence. Whether it was the awe-inspiring angel winged models, the ambiance of the fashion floating down the staircase to the pool where they seem to part waters or the beat of the outstanding music everyone that will be in attendance will fell that they have been transported to an event that would be in New York, Miami or LA. We continue to challenge the hair artists over the last couple of years and we were never let down. We are now pleased to present the 6th instalment of this Gala in support of the YWCA of Calgary.
“Locks & Frocks 6” believes in showcasing the talents and uniqueness in Calgary through the amazing Hair styling talents of Jami Symons Salon, Edgeworxx Studio, Alta Moda, DK Envy and new this year a showcase from barbershop Second Mile Barbershop. These talented stylists will be paired with the beautiful fashions by Apt 22, Pretty‘N’Pearls, Galleria Fashions, She Lingerie and new this year consignment by Better on You & Rewind Fashions.
Now why should you attend? This year’s Locks & Frocks 6 is in support of the YWCA. The YWCA has acknowledged us; Delisle Marketing & Events Inc in our endeavour to raise much needed funds for them. The proceeds raised through Locks & Frocks 6 will go to their area of greatest need. The YWCA is a vital piece of Calgary’s social and economic fabric serving more then 8700 vulnerable women, children & men each year. Through the generosity of important community friends that the YWCA is able to continue to serve the many women, children and men who they aim to see thrive in a safe and equitable community.
The evening will offer exquisite culinary cuisine by the culinary team at Aloft Calgary University, the highly anticipated Hair/Fashion show, Live & Silent auction and live entertainment by JK & Static including a band-Dj intermigration.
