How do you make it and stuff? I wanna try.
fry up some onions and garlic and bell peppers and jalapenos in a skillet
chuck in a pound of ground beef and brown it
cook 2 cups (not 2 cups dry but two cups cooked however the hell you need to portion that out) of rice separately and drain
once the ground beef is ready, drain any excess fat and then put in taco seasoning and whatever spices you want as well as a small can of diced tomatos, a small can of tomato sauce and then like salsa or kidney beans or black olives or anything else you may be feeling
stir in the rice and let the rice absorb some flavour as you stir over low heat
serve with cheddar grated overtop, this also works well if you put it right into some tacos or serve with tortilla scoops
it's best cooked for a party since you always end up with a shitload but it's also good to make at least 5 portions for yourself on a pretty modest budget
