Just started watching The Rich Man’s Daughter, and man, Jade still thinks she’s straight and her flirting with Althea is something else
I am slightly loosing hope here. I don’t think I can see Althea suffer any longer. . I could not hold it together during the last scene of tonight’s episode, I half wanted to throw a fist at my screen, half wanted to reach through it and embrace tiny Althea. The violence and abuse are reaching an alarming amount and they MUST STOP. My heart is not strong enough to withstand Jalthea’s break-up, Jade’s broken heart and Althea’s pain. Hell, even the fact that Jade’s father’s keeping Jade silent for sake of his health is an act of abuse.
I must be a masochist cause I started watching The Rich Man’s Daughter and I love it.
But just fucking kill me now cause Jade and Althea are more indecisive than my future.
I’m so frustrated with Jade right now.
The whole intention for the Jade’s marriage with David is that Jade and Althea can be at peace with their relationship without Jade’s family’s interruption. Jade said so herself, but now, It seems Jade did it all for her fear and insecurities, not for the sake of her and Althea.
I’m gonna go ahead and say Jade is being very selfish here. Honestly, I’m so tired of the unfair way Jade treats Althea. She treats Jade like a mistress, like someone she’s having an affair with while Althea devotes her absolute love and trust to her. To cap it all, Jade cold-heartedly insults Althea in front of her Granpa instead of protecting Althea from his agressive homophobic slap?
