@jaktpl Jak has caught a giant centipede. His fingers are holding its head firmly in place but gentle enough to not cause it any harm. Its body is wrapped around his arm. And he looks overjoyed about this catch as he enthusiastically shows Itachi. He's got a hug smile on his dirty face.
ㅤHis student's cheerful footsteps can be heard coming nearly from the other side of the lake shore, putting a small smile on Itachi's lips. In a matter of a half-minute, indeed, Jak is by his side - all toothy grin and dirt smudges on his cheeks and arms and a bit everywhere, leaving little to the imagination as to what he's been entertaining himself with. That, and the rather impressive arthropod he brings along like an old friend. As he looks up from his book, the Uchiha tilts his head curiously, so that he can take in the animal's appearance and details and search his comprehensive memory for the correct taxonomic designation.

As tempting as it was, she hadn’t QUITE been dozing, despite the warm sunlight and the soft sloshing of the lake nearby. The feeling of tiny hands on her tail had her eyes opening, but it didn’t feel like they were doing any harm.
She lifted her head and looked back for the culprit, and felt a faint smile tug at her features as she saw the blonde currently touching the scales and rudder.
“And just what do you think you're doing?” She said, amused.
Check it out! Jak's learned the transformation jutsu! And who is he transformed into? You guessed it! He's Itachi. Not a very convincing copy, though. Look! He's grinning like an idiot and stomping his feet all excited.
At least he isn't breaking time and space.
He can't deny the pride, and he can't deny the smile.
ㅤAnd... he can't deny that 'his' face, that he's seeing currently reflected back on his student's appearance, looks like an origami goose that was run over repeatedly by a firetruck and then drowned in a pail of oil that served to fry a hundred potatoes before. It's a start.
ㅤ«There is room for improvement,» Might not be the words of praise that he's been waiting for but Jak, better than most, knows that Itachi isn't one for easy-to-achieve standards; where would be the fun in that? The gentle squeeze to the boy's shoulder speaks for itself, anyway. «In technique and in detail.
