it felt like they were just trying to get you respond emotionally and while it did that for me at the same time i was like 'why'
oh i completely agree that’s what they were going for & all things considered it WORKED, i was rekt. i just find death to be such a lazy narrative choice at this point., especially when like i said-- it kinda served no purpose game/story building wise y’know? just for shock value. it would have been just as emotional for delsin to have saved his brother & finally gained that verbal acceptance, after almost an entire games worth of brotherly bickering, without it being on the eve of his plummeting death. idk !!
