Reversed AU
I've always wanted to write an AU of the Clone Wars where at the same point, Anakin & Obi-Wan leave the Jedi Order, but Ahsoka stayed.
I've drafted and deleted a bunch of concepts for an idea like this, but the main idea would also be them reuniting after the war is finished at there being tons of tension (since Ahsoka would feel pretty betrayed) but yeah.
I'm on the fence on writing this, mostly for execution of it all, but would this be a cool AU or not?

Yessss, I agree! Personally, I think with Ahsoka (and my headcanon that she's at least queer) is that she doesn't even realize she is for most of her teenager years / young adult hood.
As in, she isn't aware that it's out of the normal. Which in Star Wars it isn't, but there are still more heterosexual > space gays (unfortunately). This, however, leads to Barriss turning into a detective just to find out if our girl likes girls...
If Ahsoka was to turn to the dark side, what would her Sith name be?
For me, it would all depend on the context. I have been wanting to write an AU of Vader!Ahsoka.
I think specifically for like Vader!Ahsoka, someone may want to go the family route. Since Vader means "Father" in Dutch, you may wanna go for Tante, which means "Aunt," in Dutch, too.
But in other scenarios, I'm kinda unsure of what someone would call her as a Sith... are there any popular ones?

I am currently writing a fanfic about how people on the outside view the father-daughter relationship between Ahsoka & Plo Koon.
While working out the details I realized I also kinda make Shaak Ti a sort of Aunt figure to Ahsoka and now I have to write a scene where Shaak Ti is a padawan around the same time Plo Koon is just to add that extra level of sibling between the two Jedi Masters — teehee I love when canon is my sandbox.
I like thinking that when Ahsoka was taken into custody at the end of Season 5, the 501st were put on watch so that they weren't to do anything dumb (like break her out).
Fives would lead them to breaking out their al'verde from jail, and while Rex would disapprove on paper, he would secretly support it.
..or for the lore accurate version...
