Would you smash jafar from 1992 or smash the 2019 jafar

I watched Aladdin 2019 and I like Jafar’s character, I like the background they gave him but I wouldn’t smash him if I had to choose between Jafar 1992 and Jafar 2019.Â
Jafar 1992 is devilishly handsome and mysterious (cuz we don’t have much background on him) and I like the way he thinks. But I could be biased on his critical thinking process because I’ve read fanfiction where Jafar succeeds in becoming sultan and is a better ruler than Jasmine’s father.Â

This is a self study of Jafar's color palette as the sultan (as you see in the picture down below). I am very proud of the end result of this artwork. I painted this picture in watercolor because I thought it would be more challenging. Since I need to mix colors together to get the perfect color.
