Sion
For Sion… he genuinely has a sugar problem.
He begged you to bake with him. Like actually would not leave you alone until you finally said yes. The second the ingredients came out he started “sampling” everything.
A spoonful of cookie dough? Gone.
Chocolate chips? Gone.
Sprinkles? Gone.
You had to keep scolding him to stop eating everything because there wasn’t going to be anything left to bake.
Then halfway through decorating you realized half the tube of frosting was missing.
“…Sion.”
“Hm?”
“Where did the frosting go?”
He just looked at you with the straightest face.
“You didn’t make enough.”
Needless to say he got kicked out of the kitchen and sentenced to timeout while you finished the cupcakes by yourself.
Riku
When Riku called asking if you’d bake with him, you had to tell him no because you were drowning in work.
He accepted it…
For about thirty seconds.
The next thing you knew your phone started ringing again.
FaceTime — Riku.
The second you answered he immediately started doing the most dramatic aegyo you’ve ever witnessed.
“Pweaaaseee?”
“I miss you.”
“I’ll cry.”
“Pleaseeeee?”
You let out the deepest sigh imaginable before finally agreeing.
The problem wasn’t getting him into the kitchen.
The problem was getting him to actually help.
The entire time he just stood there laughing.
You’d crack an egg.
He’d laugh.
You’d spill flour.
He’d laugh harder.
You’d ask him to hand you the vanilla.
He’d somehow laugh even more.
“…Riku.”
“What?”
“WHAT IS SO FUNNY?”
“I don’t know!”
By the end of it he had contributed absolutely nothing except emotional support and uncontrollable giggling.
He got kicked out of the kitchen too.
Jaehee
Jaehee is such a cutie pie.
When he asked if you’d help him bake something, you immediately said yes.
The plan?
Bake cupcakes for Riku’s birthday.
He carefully measured every ingredient, let you lick the spoon after mixing the batter, and made sure every cupcake liner was perfectly straight.
The two of you spent the afternoon laughing while decorating each cupcake differently.
Little smiley faces.
Tiny flowers.
Cute hearts.
By the time you were done the kitchen was a mess, but the cupcakes looked adorable.
Riku ended up loving every single one.
Yushi
When you asked Yushi if he wanted to bake with you, he agreed…
But only on one condition.
“You make whatever dessert I want.”
“Deal.”
Big mistake.
He’s so judgmental.
He watches every move you make like he’s judging a baking competition.
“You mixed that too much.”
“You should’ve sifted the flour.”
“That oven temperature is questionable.”
“You call that symmetrical?”
“…Are you helping or criticizing me?”
“I’m helping.”
“No, you’re judging.”
“Same thing.”
His standards are unnecessarily high.
Ryo
Ryo is way too cute.
He asks questions about literally everything.
“Why do we use baking powder?”
“Why can’t we open the oven?”
“Why does butter have to be room temperature?”
“What happens if we add more chocolate chips?”
You answer every single question until somehow the conversation turns into watching random videos together.
One episode becomes two.
Two becomes three.
Then…
“…Do you smell something?”
You both slowly turned toward the kitchen.
The dessert was completely burnt.
Neither of you wanted to admit whose fault it was.
Sakuya
Sakuya didn’t want cookies.
Or cupcakes.
Or brownies.
He wanted bread.
The problem?
After realizing you made really good bread, he unofficially hired you as his personal baker.
Every other day your phone would light up.
“Can you make bread?”
“Sakuya…”
“Please?”
“…Fine.”
But he somehow became even pickier.
“The crust should be crispier.”
“I wanted it fluffier.”
“This one needs more butter.”
You stared at him.
“So… you’re telling me I have to make another loaf?”
He smiled so innocently.
“If you don’t mind.”
…You absolutely minded.
