too bad we didn't see any black or white jades I would have loved to see their fashion sense

What do you think the jades at the ball do. do you think they are the green gems that make the green healing gem goo that peridot used to fix the warp. They have to do something important because they are equal in status to sapphires and pyropes or other elites gems

jades honestly seem they exist just to make high class areas pretty and lively. they come in multiple body-types for the sake of variety, they do special dances at events, attend high ranking social events(they match some of the answer gems), sit around doing nothing when they have nothing better to do(light series). perhaps they have some kind of more useful purpose beyond all that but so far they seem rather cosmetic and unimportant enough to abandon if you don't need them.

going by areas and events jades have been seen in they seem to be a sort of common aristocrat kind of gem. perhaps they have less of a specifically useful job and are a very common gem used to dance at events, look pretty in high society places, or just other things they would have high society people do. it wouldn't be the first extreme niche job for a gem they have gem types dedicated to digging only ice, being combs, and being mobile WALLS with faces.

What if, because of their different appearances, Jades also have different purposes. Their dancers, information holders, aristocrats, etc. They are the literal walking definition of multi purpose tools.

Have you ever thought of re making gems like redesigning them and giving them the body type and purpose that you want? For example: rubies would be just red sapphires and some other red gem could be a small guard or every beryl would look the same.
